Noah’s Coconut Breakfast Booster on the Move!
Now, this is the best breakfast ever! You can make it anywhere at anytime and made it for the first time on the busy streets of Bangkok with my good friend Malika!
Serving Size: 2 persons
Preparation Time: 1 minute
Waiting Time: Serve Immediately
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Dried Goji Berries
1/2 Cup Raw Brazilian Nuts
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Dried Mulberries
1 Young Coconut Water
1 Cup Young Coconut Meat
Method:
Pour all ingredients into your container and enjoy!
Coconut Goji Balls
Serving Size: 12-16 Balls
Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Waiting Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
1 1/2 Cup Goji Berries
1 1/4 Cup Hempseed
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Goji extract powder
1 Cup Tocotrienols
1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp. Maca Powder
Method:
Add all the nuts and seeds into a grinder and grind until powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend on a high-speed.
Add the grinded seeds and nuts into the mixture until its mushy.
Add the whole mixture into a bowl a roll bite sized balls.
For extra detail, roll the balls into the shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Delightful Coconut Milk
Serving Size: 2 Cups
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve immediately
Ingredients:
3 Young Coconuts Water
1/2 Cup Hempseed
2 Raw Vanilla Bean Insides
1 Tbsp. Mesquite Powder
2 Tsp. Coconut Oil
1 Tsp. Agave Nectar
1 Tbsp. Tocotrienols
1 Tsp. Maca Powder
Method:
Blend the hempseed and water from the young coconuts.
Strain through a nut-milk bag or cheese cloth.
Pour the strained liquid back into the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Pour and enjoy this lovely drink!
Vanilla Coconut Ice-Cream
Serving Size: 6 Servings
Preparation Time: 30-35 Minutes
Waiting Time: 12 Hours
Ingredients:
2 Cups Raw Almonds
3 Cups Spring Water
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Agave Nectar
1 Tsp. Vanilla Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
Method:
Blend the almond with the water until a thick almond cream is created.
Strain this mixture through a nut-milk bag,
Blend 1 cup of the almond milk with the shredded coconut until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend also until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and freeze for 12 Hours.
Before serving, let it stand outside the freezer for 5 min.
Coconut and Pineapple Dream Cake
Serving Size: 8 Slices
Preparation Time: 50 Minutes
Waiting Time: 7 Hours
Ingredients:
The Crust:
2 Cups Chopped Almonds
1 Cup Dried Goji Berries
4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
The Filling:
2 Fresh Pineapples
2 Cups Shredded Coconut
1 Tsp. Vanilla Powder
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Agave Oil
The Syrup:
1 Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 Tbs. Agave Nectar
Method:
The Crust:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Cover the bottom of the pan which you are going to use with coconut oil.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the coconut oil to prevent sticking.
Press the mixture onto the pan with the back of a spoon or your finger tips.
The Syrup:
Mix the fresh pineapple juice with the agave nectar.
Place mixture in a shallow pan.
Dehydrate at 105 ºF for 6 hours.
Keep an eye on it so that it doesn’t over dehydrate.
The Filling:
Blend the coconut oil and the shredded coconut in a blender until a coconut butter is formed.
Add the meat of the two pineapples and blend at high-speed.
Pour mixture into your crust.
Set in the freezer for 1 hour.
Top the cake with the delicious dehydrated syrup.
Enjoy!
Yummy Coconut Lemon Drops
Serving Size: 12 Drops
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Waiting Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
3 Fresh Lemons
2 Cups Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp. Agave Nectar
1 Cup Raw Macadamia Nuts
Method:
Squeeze the juice from the fresh lemons into a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until sticky.
Add the mixture in a bowl.
Roll bite size balls with your hand and flatten them at the bottom.
Dip them in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
