Cinnamon Rolls
Serving Size: 10 Little Rolls
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Waiting Time: No waiting time. Serve as soon as the log has been rolled.
Ingredients:
3 Pinches of Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Pecans (Not Soaked)
1 Cup Pitted Medjool Dates
1 Cup Cacao Beans
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
Method:
Blend the cacao beans into a fine powder.
Blend the pecans and dates together in a food processor until a smooth dough is formed.
Dust some cinnamon onto a clean surface and place the dough on it.
Sprinkle some more cinnamon onto the dough and flatten it out with your fingers or a rolling pin.
If it gets sticky, add more cinnamon.
Once the dough is about 0.2 inches thick and 6×6 inches square, cut the edges until even.
Spread the agave nectar on top.
Pick up the one side of the dough and roll it to the other side, until in a spiraled log.
Cut the log into 0.6 inch-wide rolls and serve.
Raw Chocolate Milk Kick
Serving Size: 3 Glasses
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Waiting Time: No waiting time. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
1 Liter Rice, Almond or Soya Milk
4 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp. Carob Powder
1 Tsp. Maca powder
1 Tsp. Tocotrienols
4 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar
1/4 Tbsp. Powdered Ginseng
1 Tsp. Cold-Pressed Hemp Oil
1 Tsp. Cold-Pressed Flax Oil
Method:
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy immediately (before I come over and drink it for you)!
Chewy Chocolate Brownie
Serving Size: 12 Brownies
Preparation Time: 1 Hour
Waiting Time: 10 Hours
Ingredients:
4 Cups of Black Mission Figs, Soaked 1 Hour in Spring Water
1 Cup Black Tahini
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
1 Cup Goji-Berries, Soaked 1 Hour in Spring Water
1 Tsp. Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp. Golden Flaxseeds
2 Tsp. Ho Shou Wu Powder
1 Tbsp. Spirulina
1 Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
Method:
Blend the flaxseeds finely in a blender.
Add all the ingredients together in a food processor and process until fine and dough-like.
If the mixture doesn’t stick together, slowly add goji berry soaking water while blending.
Knead the dough, until you’ve put lots of love into it and place it onto a Teflex sheet.
Spread the dough out until it’s about 1 inch thick. Square the edges off.
For some extra detail, add a cherry on top of each square.
Dehydrate for 4 hours and then turn the squares onto the dehydrator tray without a Teflex sheet.
Dehydrate for 6 more hours.
These tasty and chewy raw chocolate brownies are worth the wait!
Chocolate Tortillas
Serving Size: 6 Tortillas
Preparation time: 50 Minutes to 1 Hour
Waiting Time: 6 Hours
Ingredients:
2 Raw Corn Cobs, Freshly Stripped
1/2 Cup Dry Golden Flaxseeds
1/4 Avocado
1/2 Cup Dried Sunflower Seeds
4 Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
1 Tsp. Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Powder
1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
2 Squeezes Lime Juice
Method:
Grind the flaxseeds into a fine powder, using a spice mill.
Chop the garlic until fine.
Chop the spring onions.
Add all the ingredients together into a food processor and blend until smooth.
The dough should be thick and sticky.
Place 6 equal amounts of dough onto a Texflex sheet.
Flatten the dough out into circles and dehydrate for 4 hours.
Turn the tortillas over and remove the Texflex sheets for the air to circulate more.
Dehydrate for another 2 hours.
Serve these delicious tortillas with fresh avocado, salad, salsa or raw nut/seed pate.
Raw Chocolate and Coconut Balls
Serving Size: 12 Balls
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Waiting Time: No waiting time. Serve as soon as the balls have been rolled.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Dried Dates
3/4 Cup Raw Almonds
3/4 Cup Raw Hazelnuts
3/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
3/4 Cup Raw Cacao Nibs
Method:
Place the almonds, hazelnuts, cacao nibs and shredded coconut into a food processor, until the mixture has a rough flour consistency.
Add the goji berries and dates.
Process all ingredients until well blended.
Roll the mixture into bite sized balls.
For a more crunchy and delicious look, roll the cacao balls in the shredded coconut.
Yummy Raw Chocolate Ice-Cream
Serving Size: 2 Servings
Preparation time: 30 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve Immediately
Ingredients:
3 Frozen Bananas (Peel the bananas before you freeze them)
3 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
5 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Goji berries
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and top with some chopped almonds or blueberries for extra flavor and creativity!
Raw Chocolate Fudge Bites
Serving Size: 12 Fudge Bites
Preparation Time: 25 Min
Waiting Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
1 Cups Raw Walnuts
1 Cup Cacao Powder
2 Cups Pitted Medjool Dates
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
3 Tbsp. Agave Nectar
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
Method:
Soak dates for 5 minutes in luke warm water to soften.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend until finely ground.
Add the dates and blend until well mixed.
Place the mixture into a square ice cube tray and into the freezer.
Freeze the mixture for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and serve.
Mouth-Watering Raw Chocolate Cake
Serving Size: Serves 8
Preparation Time: 1 Hour
Waiting Time: 2 Hours
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Raw Almonds
1/2 Cup Carob
1/3 Cup Agave Nectar
1/4 Cup Raw Coconut Butter
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
For The Chocolate Filling:
2 Cups Cacao Powder
1/2 Cup agave Nectar
1 Cup Cashew Butter
1 Tsp. Maca Powder 1
1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Strawberries
Method For Cake:
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix by hand until dough-like.
Press the dough into a 8 inch tart pan, which has a removable bottom or is silicone based.
Insert in the fridge and leave to chill for an hour.
Method For Filling:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Poor into the cake crust.
Insert the cake back into the fridge for another hour to set.
Top the cake with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
