Maca Onion Bread recipe

Ingredients:

6 large Peeled Onions

1 1/2 Cups Golden Flaxseeds

1 1/2 Freshly Ground Hempseed

1 Cup Chopped Raw Almonds

1 Cup Nama Shoyu Soy Sauce

8 Tbsp. Dried Maca Powder

2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder

2/3 Cup Olive Oil

Method:

Add  all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Spread 2 cups of the mixture on a dehydrator tray lined with a Teflex sheet.

Repeat until you have filled 4 trays.

Dehydrate at 110 ºF for 12 hours.

Flip the mixture over and remove the Teflex sheet.

Dehydrate further for 4 hours until ready.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Fresh Strawberries

2 Cups Spring Water

1 Tbsp. Maca Powder

1 Tbsp. Agave Nectar

Method:

Add all ingredients into the blender.

Add all the ingredients into a bowl.

Mix with you hand until the mixture is a smooth consistency.

1/3 Cup Raw Almonds, Soaked Overnight

1/3 Cup Raw Cashews, Soaked Overnight

1 1/2 Cup Young Coconut Water

2 Large Medjool Pitted Dates

1 Banana, Peeled

1 Tbsp. Maca Powder

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Fresh Grated Nutmeg

Method:

Add the almonds, cashews and young coconut water in the blender and blend on high speed until liquid.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into a shot glass or any other preferred glass.

Grate fresh nutmeg for extra flavour and garnish.
