Delicious Maca Onion Bread

Waiting Time: 16 Hours
Ingredients:
6 large Peeled Onions
1 1/2 Cups Golden Flaxseeds
1 1/2 Freshly Ground Hempseed
1 Cup Chopped Raw Almonds
1 Cup Nama Shoyu Soy Sauce
8 Tbsp. Dried Maca Powder
2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spread 2 cups of the mixture on a dehydrator tray lined with a Teflex sheet.
Repeat until you have filled 4 trays.
Dehydrate at 110 ºF for 12 hours.
Flip the mixture over and remove the Teflex sheet.
Dehydrate further for 4 hours until ready.
Enjoy this delicious maca onion bread as a raw pizza base or open sandwich, topped with fresh veggies or avocado ad tomato. This is where you get to make use of your great imagination!
Maca Strawberry Smoothie
Serving Size: 2 Servings
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve Immediately
Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
2 Cups Spring Water
1 Cup Raw Cashews
1 Tbsp. Maca Powder
1 Tbsp. Agave Nectar
2 Fresh Bananas
2 Cups of Ice Cubes (add more if you like)
Method:
Add all ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Maca Vanilla Ice-Cream
Serving Size: 6 Servings
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Waiting Time: 2 Hours
Ingredients:
2 Cups Raw Cashews, Cool Processed
1/2 Cup Raw Pecans
1 Cup Raw Coconut Meat
1/2 Cup Lacuma Powder
1/2 Cup Agvae Nectar
1 Tbsp. Raw Vanilla Powder
1 Cup Spring Water
6 Tbsp. Maca Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
Mix with you hand until the mixture is a smooth consistency.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Maca Power Shot
Serving Size: 12 Shots
Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve immediately
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Raw Almonds, Soaked Overnight
1/3 Cup Raw Cashews, Soaked Overnight
1 1/2 Cup Young Coconut Water
2 Large Medjool Pitted Dates
1 Banana, Peeled
1 Tbsp. Maca Powder
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Fresh Grated Nutmeg
Method:
Add the almonds, cashews and young coconut water in the blender and blend on high speed until liquid.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a shot glass or any other preferred glass.
Grate fresh nutmeg for extra flavour and garnish.
Maca Bliss Balls
Serving Size: 10 Balls
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Waiting Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Almonds, Soaked
1/2 Cup Raw Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp. Grounded Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Roll bite size balls.
Dip the balls into sesame seeds and raw almonds for garnish and extra crunch.
Refrigerate for 1 Hour.
