Fresh Iced Aloe Vera Lemonade with a Breeze of Orange
Serving Size: 2 Glasses
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve Immediately
Ingredients:
1 Cup Fresh Aloe Vera Gel Fillets
1 Cup Ice Cubes
1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup Young Coconut Water
1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Method:
Add all the ingredients into your blender.
Blend on a high speed until slush.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.

1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
1 Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Fresh Garlic Clove, Chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh Aloe Vera Gel Fillets

3 Fresh Baby Marrow
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
Method:
Add the tomato’s, baby marrow, garlic and Aloe gel into a blender an blend until paste-like texture.
Add into a bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients for a nice chunky effect.

Aloe and Mango Caprese

1 Fresh Mango, Peeled and Sliced
