Aromatic Hempseed Hummus
This mouth-watering recipe can be used with nearly every meal! I personally enjoy this yummy hummus as a dip or paste in a delicious raw filled wrap. You can also use it as a sauce topping for raw pizza or as a salad dressing and pretty much with any meal you desire.
Serving Size: +- 400-500 Ml. (1 Dipping Bowl)

Waiting Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Hempseed, De-Shelled
1 Can Organic Chickpeas, Drained
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
1/2 Cup Fresh Rosemary
1 Freshly Squeezed Juice
1 Fresh Garlic Clove
1/2 Tsp. Cumin Powder
1/2 Cup Spring Water
Method:
Add the hempseeds in the blender and blend to a powder like consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again, before adding the water.
Add the first half of the water, blend and then add the second half of the water and blend until creamy.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes just to cool it down.
Garnish with crushed hempseeds and red bell pepper.
Chewy Chocolaty Hempseed Bar
This delicious chewy hempseed bar is prefect for an on-the-go breakfast or as a mid afternoon snack. It’s loaded with lots of nutrients and bold flavours!

Waiting Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients for the Bar:
2 Cups Raw Almonds
1 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 Cup Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup Raw Cashew Butter
1/2 Cup Goji Berries
1/2 Cup Raw Shredded Coconut
1/2 Tsp. Himalayan Salt
Method for the Chewy Bar:
Add all the ingredients for this delicious bar into a blender and blend until a crumbly texture.
Pour the mixture into a flat pan or bowl and press down with fingers until even.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
After the freezing time, cut the mixture into squares evenly.
Ingredients for the Chocolaty Decadent
2 Tbsp. Raw Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Method for the Chocolate Decadent:
Add all the chocolate decadent ingredients in a bowl and mix.
As easy as this!
For the final touch, drizzle the chocolate decadent mixture nicely over the delicious bars and enjoy!

1 Fresh Clove Garlic

Ingredients:
1 cup oats (I used GF)
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Pitted Dates
1 Cup Hempseed, De-Shelled
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt.
1 Cup Fresh Spring Water
Method:
Add half of the hempseed and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the other half of the hempseed into a bowl.
Add the mixture into a clean bowl.
Roll into bite size balls and dip them into the hempseed.
Refrigerate for 40 minutes to firm and cool.

Creamy Spiced Hemp Milk

1/2 Cup Hempseed, De-Shelled
4 Cups Spring Water
1 Tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp. Raw Maca Powder
2 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Raw Vanilla Seeds
1 Tsp. Raw Nutmeg Powder
1 Tbsp. Orange Zest.
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Strain the mix through a cheesecloth.
Pour into a jug or glass and sprinkle with fresh ground cinnamon.
Use immediately and keep refrigerated.
It will stay fresh for only 3 days.
Pure Smooth Hemp Milk
This smooth and delightful hemp milk can be used for anything you want to use milk with. You can use it in drinks, smoothies, food or just as it is.
Serving Size: 600 ml-800 ml
Preparation Time: 35 Minutes
Waiting Time: Serve Immediately
Ingredients:
1 Cup Hempseeds, De-Shelled
4 Cups Spring Water
1/2 Cup Raw Agave Nectar (For Sweetness)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a jug.
Use as soon as you need it.
Keep in refrigerator and please note that the milk will only stay fresh for 3-4 days.
