I am passionate about helping you achieve thriving health and energy and becoming mind and financially independent. You might ask how I nourish my brain to come up with the ideas that gets me where I want to be in life – and I would say that it is not a secret – I simply love to read books. I read books about health, how to build wealth, and how to have awesome relationships. Now that I have this personal blog, it is time for me to share with you some of the most inspiring and impressive books that I have read and that you can benefit from, as well as several that my self-made friends recommend.
How to read these books:
They are not the type of books that you should read to feed your existing beliefs, instead read them with an open mind and go outside of your comfort zone. Reading these books is however not quite enough, you must also process what you read – my chosen technique is to mindmap. Yes, read the great books, study with masters when possible, but avoid the temptation of something for nothing. Life just doesn’t work that way! Success comes with patience, time and commitment.
Why are these books must reads?
When I read the books listed below, I felt as though I was in direct conversation with the writer – picking his brain for details. Not only have these books changed my life, these books have directly helped me to reverse diabetes in more than 80 people and to slow down and eventually reverse Arthritis in my mother. What I learned continues to help me to sleep not more than 5 hours average per day while having thriving energy, and becoming financially free. They gave me the knowledge to get in shape and then to help me stay lean and strong with the MED (minimum effective dose) mindset.
I divided the list into 2 categories. One for physical health and one for mental health. Enjoy and let me know what is your favorite book that should be on this list!
